Joshua is a great man! He came to my house when he said he would and diagnosed and repaired my system. He didn't try and just sell me on getting a new system. He educated me on what my system is and advised me on what I'd be looking for in the future if I decided on a new system. I really appreciate that he took his time and made sure that my heat was working with the on coming cold front we got rolling in. I feel blessed to have met him, he is a great man! One Hour Heating and A/C have a huge asset in him and they will be the only company I contact for any HVAC concerns in the future. Do not hesitate to call on this company for any of your HVAC needs. I called One Hour Heating and AC on Monday to schedule duct cleaning and spoke with Mark, he explained that they were really booked up but was able to squeeze in an appointment for Friday of the same week!! Joshua and Ori arrived on time, explained the process, they were respectful, professional and are a great representation of the company!
Joshua came today to service our HVAC. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and helpful. My mom and I were called ahead to alert us when he would arrive. He was even a few minutes early. He listened as we explained the issue and made sure the system was working properly before he left. It was a great experience.

My thermostat stopped working last night, which meant I had no heat. I woke up to a 60 degree house. I called OneHour about 10 this Saturday morning. They said they'd be here between 12-1. Josh, the technician, was here at 11:55. He immediately diagnosed the problem, went to his truck and found the new part, installed it and tested the heating and cooling sysyem several times wiith his "heat reader" before he complete the. He also saw a dark spot on the ceiling near a few of my vents. It turns out I need to clean my heating ducts or else I'll continue to breathe in that dust. Josh is TERRIFIC. He was prompt, polite, knowledgeabe and efficient. I couldn't ask for a better experience considering the curcumstances.
