“My husband and I have a maintenance package with One Hour Air Conditioning. It’s been a great value for keeping up with regular maintenance and includes a 15% discount on repairs. Our most recent experience was with technician John Gardner, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. John’s respectful approach, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made what turned out to be a fairly lengthy repair much more pleasant. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, which gave us confidence that everything was being handled thoroughly and correctly. We have an 8-year-old AC unit that’s no longer under warranty, which was the first thing John checked. We had been experiencing cooling issues, and he quickly identified a leak in the coil. Since we had kept the unit off before the appointment, the leak detection went smoothly—John was able to see the staining that pinpointed the problem. The repair itself was completed efficiently, and his detailed inspection afterward gave us peace of mind that there were no other visible leaks. John also took the time to explain all of our options and estimates for both a full system replacement and a coil replacement. He was patient, transparent, and never pushy, which we really appreciated. Even though the repair cost was around $1,000 for labor, leak detection, parts, and coolant, we felt the price was fair given the quality of service, clear communication, and overall professionalism. We now feel much more informed as homeowners and are happy to continue working with One Hour!”

The techs arrive right on time, explain the issue in detail, and give options without pressuring you into unnecessary repairs. The work is completed efficiently, and they make sure everything is running perfectly before leaving. What stands out the most is their honesty, attention to detail, and the care they take to make sure the customer is comfortable and informed. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the inspection and what he was doing. He also pointed out the warning signs I should watch for in the future, which really helped me understand how to keep my system running efficiently. It’s rare to find a technician who’s this knowledgeable and customer-focused. Highly recommend John and the One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning team!”

“I was researching a few A/C companies for quality, dependability, and honesty to maintain our 5 bedroom home’s A/C unit. I came across One Hour A/C and Heating. Their customers were very satisfied and had a 5 star review out of over 700 people! I gave them a call and they were here the next day! John came out and really took his time to educate me on the process, deep cleaned our blower to look like new (didn’t try to upsell or offer outrageous replacement), and took his time making sure our unit was running like new! We are now on the yearly maintenance plan, and I can say I am very pleased with this local business! Great job guys! Keep up the great customer service and I recommend John!!”
