What a great company! I called at 2 AM today ( Sunday) because my AC was not cooling. I am older & live in South Florida. It was so hot in my house. John ( licensed AC repairman) answered the phone… listened to my troubleshooting & advised me what to do next with my unit. He set me up for a 9 AM appointment this morning ( Sunday). He was punctual, efficient & knew exactly what to do. My AC is working great!! Once my previous AC company’s Service Contract is up… I am switching to John & 1 hour AC! You should do the same! My neighbor came out while John was working & he was so impressed & is also switching to 1 Hour AC! Thanks for a job well done & on Mother’s Day!!!

My husband and I have a maintenance package with One Hour Air Conditioning. It’s been a great value for keeping up with regular maintenance and includes a 15% discount on repairs. Our most recent experience was with technician John Gardner, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. John’s respectful approach, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made what turned out to be a fairly lengthy repair much more pleasant. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, which gave us confidence that everything was being handled thoroughly and correctly. We have an 8-year-old AC unit that’s no longer under warranty, which was the first thing John checked. We had been experiencing cooling issues, and he quickly identified a leak in the coil. Since we had kept the unit off before the appointment, the leak detection went smoothly—John was able to see the staining that pinpointed the problem. The repair itself was completed efficiently, and his detailed inspection afterward gave us peace of mind that there were no other visible leaks. John also took the time to explain all of our options and estimates for both a full system replacement and a coil replacement. He was patient, transparent, and never pushy, which we really appreciated. Even though the repair cost was around $1,000 for labor, leak detection, parts, and coolant, we felt the price was fair given the quality of service, clear communication, and overall professionalism. We now feel much more informed as homeowners and are happy to continue working with One Hour!
