I had an excellent experience with One Hour Heating and Air South Bay! My techs, Joshua and Jason, were incredibly professional and thorough throughout the entire process. From the very start, they took the time to answer all my questions and coordinated smoothly with my landlord to ensure everything went off without a hitch.
Joshua provided an estimate and explained everything in detail, so I never felt out of the loop. The craftsmanship was top-notch, and I felt confident knowing they were handling the replacement of my wall furnace heater. They literally took care of everything-- remove the old unit, permits, install, thermostat, make sure it's functioning well, etc. It was a breeze
