“Was visiting my first cousin in Vallejo and there AC system stopped working, they called One Hour Heating. Justin arrived on time along with him was also John the Owner. They explained what they were going to do and promptly went about diagnosing the system. They presented the options to get the system up and running. My cousin as well as myself were impressed with both the way they educated us, resolved the issue and provided the price upfront no hidden fees or additional charges. Their team is made up of senior-level technicians with over 20 years of combined HVAC experience. John, the owner, is a strong, principled leader who truly cares about customer service and earning people’s trust.
