“This is our second review for One Hour Michael, the tech, just came out and checked out our system. The compressor stopped running last night. Unfortunately it’s an old unit and it was not the capacitor. So, we will be purchasing a new unit from Andrew - the owner. We know Andrew, and trust him implicitly. His honesty and integrity is top-tier so we know we will get a good deal on this. Please trust us on this. If you don’t know, you simply don’t know - they will remain nameless here, but some other local companies charge 20 to 100% (YES - 100%) more by upselling and services and margins on their parts and units. One hour Heating & Air does NOT engage in this. We cannot recommend Andrew and his team enough! - Ploy and Alfred”

“My AC unit was 20 years old and I’ve been putting bandaids on it to keep it running for the last 3 years. Once again, it was hotter inside more than outside and summer is coming soon. Chris and Jeff were at my house within 30 minutes and they were very friendly and professional. Their quotes for a new unit were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Good job guys!”

“Very impressed with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. The technician, Kameron, was here in a timely fashion, and diagnosed my issue. Our previous vendor continued to come out and just recharge our system, never once suggesting we find the root of the problem. I was actually in their office one day, and heard, Andrew, the owner, speaking with someone on the phone. Rather than upselling the customer, he repeatedly told them they didn’t need to purchase a larger unit from him, as a smaller one would suffice. Honesty. That is getting harder to come by these days. Kudos to Andrew and his team! They are now my HVAC company.”

“Jeff showed up at the beginning of the scheduled arrival window. He asked about the problem and checked the system over. At the time of his visit the system had been off all night. He turned it on checked pressures, temperatures, status indicators, compressor operating and found no problems. He answered questions about regular service contracts and said that the problem was not found but it will likely come back. Honest helpful if somewhat disappointing answer to the current problem. System currently operating correctly.”
