It made a huge difference for us (furnace was not working and it was cold). 2. Extensive knowledge: The tech was able to diagnose our issue quickly and resolve the issue in short order. The issue was a bad thermostat causing a short that was blowing the fuse in the furnace; the fix was fast once diagnosed. 3. Great rates: Compared to some competitors, charged a very fair rate.
