We called One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning early one Saturday morning after our furnace quit working. Darren called back and got us in that day. The part he needed wasn’t available until Monday, so he brought us space heaters! He came back Monday morning and noticed there were a few things that were never really set up correctly and he fixed them all. The end run was that it didn’t cost us any more than the original estimate and we feel better about the furnace. He was super earnest about making sure we knew what he was working on and why he thought a change was necessary. Darren did a great job, he is a really great technician.

Robert was great. He called me when he was on his way so I could meet him at the job site. He explained what he was doing and what was happening for why our A/C unit wasn’t working. He was able to get us temporarily fixed until we could schedule an appointment to fix the bigger issue with the unit.
