"CJ (the technician) came on time, having notified me via text beforehand. I knew CJ from previous visits on a few A/C & heating issues over the years. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He provided easy-to-understand status report/ diagnostics for the A/C unit and fixed the (luckily, minor) problem. The work was completed within 15 min. As a homeowner, I am very satisfied with OneHour Heating and A/C, have been the company's client for several years, and highly and frequently recommend them to neighbors and friends."
