When the system maintenance was completed, he carefully explained all the recommended services going forward, first giving me the whole estimate, then breaking it down into sections. It was all contained in an email he sent, so I didn't have to worry about remembering everything. Very pleased with Mike and this company. Because I have a maintenance contract my service today was free.”
