The Tech was very polite and knowledgeable. It took him all of 15 minutes because he knew exactly how to proceed with resolving my issue after asking me some questions, I loved that. It’s working and I signed up for a service plan so the initial services charged was waived.

When the system maintenance was completed, he carefully explained all the recommended services going forward, first giving me the whole estimate, then breaking it down into sections.
