Once you sign up as a Home Comfort member, our experienced technicians will thoroughly perform a safety check and precision tune-up. Our team will also look for small issues that could develop into a major problem and fix it at the moment—saving you time and money in the future.

Our team works from a list of over 200 items to check in your HVAC system. We repeat this test annually to ensure that your air conditioner and heating system are working properly all year round.

Mike Hornung arrived on time and got straight to work. When the system maintenance was completed, he carefully explained all the recommended services going forward, first giving me the whole estimate, then breaking it down into sections. It was all contained in an email he sent, so I didn't have to worry about remembering everything. Very pleased with Mike and this company. Because I have a maintenance contract my service today was free.
