"Buzz and Jerry (who came back out)did a good job in diagnosing the issues. Though it wasn’t totally fixed, another repair man was sent out. Buzz was good on his word he came back with a condenser fan and installed it. Unfortunately it stopped working and Jerry was sent out. Guaranteed me a year on part. He was very courteous and fast and efficient. Both did a great job. Hopefully it won’t stop working now"

"Jerry was the tech, shout out to that guy he literally came out to fix my AC in the middle of the night. After he diagnosed the problem that it was going to be a two hour job I gave him the option of just coming back in the morning so that he didn’t have to be there until 12am. He said to me that by the time the morning came around our house could be 90° and that would be pretty rough on my family so he was willing to stay and get it done right away. He did an amazing job, the house began to cool down right away and the price wasn’t even too bad for the emergency call. I would use one hour again and recommend one hour to everyone I know.
