“Update #2 Well the ac went out and needed replacing. Jose came out late Wed did an inspection and ordered the new system. On early Friday morning Jose , Alex, another worker came and replaced everything. It was an all day process but I was able to come back to a cooler home. Ended up the fan continued running. I tried adjusting the thermostat to no avail. I called early the next morning (Sat) only to be told my appointment wouldn't be until Thursday! Jose ended up coming out the same day and found it was the thermostat. He had to wait until Tues to get one, but he was back got me a better thermostat and installed it. He show me what was wrong with the wiring and how he replaced it. He was great! He kept meninformedbevery step of the way. I will be requesting him for my routine maintenance. Update: Alex came back and replaced the fan and motor. It took less than an hour. Again great work. Alex was great! He took the time to show me what he was doing and why. He wasn't rushing through the process. He was very thorough. Made sure I knew what to look for going forward with the yearly maintenance work. He has to order some parts and come back but I was very happy with his service.”
