Ryan is extremely honest!!!! My air conditioner is 29 years old. When he saw it he told me that the unit a very good brand and everything is still available for parts even the compressor could be replaced. With that news I got on there maintenance program. They come twice year for maintenance and 20% off if something needs replacing. My unit needs about 3 lb of some kind of gas that is pretty expensive, but I am going to get 20% already on the same day of the service call. I am very pleased with One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating.

Excellent. I wanted to adopt him! Such a nice guy. He suggested that I buy the yearly plan in case anything happens to the unit and I get two maintenance visits per year. He should be your marketing guy.

Alex was amazing! He took care of my air conditioning unit without complaint or upset that it was only 100 plus degrees out. He explained what happened and how he fixed it! He gave me proper warning signs to look for in case it happens again. He not only fixed my unit, but he also came back later on in the day to check on the unit and advise all is well! I was very pleased with his work and professionalism!
