Ryan is extremely honest!!!! My air conditioner is 29 years old. When he saw it he told me that the unit a very good brand and everything is still available for parts even the compressor could be replaced. With that news I got on there maintenance program. They come twice year for maintenance and 20% off if something needs replacing. My unit needs about 3 lb of some kind of gas that is pretty expensive, but I am going to get 20% already on the same day of the service call. I am very pleased with One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating.
