“I called this morning and got appointment for today. Scotty called to say when he would be at my home. He arrived within the appointment window. The air was blowing, but not getting cold. He installed a new condensate pump. He did a great job getting my unit running again. I signed up with maintenance plan. I look forward to an ongoing relationship with the company.”

“10 stars is more appropriate! This company is the epitome of service! Above and beyond any expectations. I had to handle this transaction for my elderly parent from another state. The gentleman who came to give the quote, Eric, was the nicest, most respectable person to my mom. The owners (Jeff, Mike, Don) communicated with me directly to facilitate the install and financing. The level of compassion these folks provided is unheard of in today’s world. They treated this as if it were their mother. The install was a huge, all day event. They had to remove attic stairs. It was a doozy. They reinstalled the stairs and came back to check the re-installation was done correctly and was complete. They also came out a week later to confirm everything they’d gone over with her (new thermostats can be difficult to learn as an aging parent) she still remembered and that the vents were pointing in the direction she wanted and blowing cool air. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for all of your HVAC needs - and anything else if they do it!”

“everything was quick and efficient from scheduling the appointment to Anthony coming out for the maintenance of my heater. Anthony called when he was on his way and arrived during the window given. He was respectful and introduced himself. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. As a first time customer Anthony also made me aware of their club agreements but was not pushy with it. Will definitely be looking into it and will be using them in our new house. Thank you!”

Thank you Bryant for being knowledgeable and friendly. He also used shoe covers when entering and exiting the house and thoroughly explained the companies maintenance membership plan which we signed up for.”

I recently had my 2022 air conditioning system inspected by Mason Tibbets from One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Ogden, and I can confidently say this was one of the most thorough and informative service experiences I’ve had. Mason has over 10 years of experience, and it shows. His attention to detail is exceptional, and what truly sets him apart is his ability to clearly explain what’s going on with your system in a way that makes sense—no tech jargon or guesswork. During the tune-up, Mason found that the refrigerant charge was likely off since installation (showing 0° of subcooling when it should be between 7–14°). He provided a clear explanation of what that means, the potential long-term impact, and what my options were moving forward. He also checked the system’s capacitor, which was running perfectly, and took the time to clean the outdoor unit and secure insulation to improve efficiency. Even though I chose not to adjust the refrigerant level right now, Mason made sure I was fully informed and empowered to make the best decision for my home. If you’re looking for someone who combines technical skill with genuine customer care, ask for Mason. He represents everything you’d want in a professional HVAC technician.
