“Travis had to drive over an hour on Saturday afternoon (4:30pm) to come to our house for n Powell, OH. He arrived early than expected and in a positive attitude. He was very professional and willing to walk through the problem. He wasn’t a “sales guy” and didn’t try to sell more than we needed. This was the first time using this company but would absolutely use them again (which we plan on doing here shortly).”

“I have been SO fortunate to have had Manny Vargas as my technician for the last couple of maintenance checks. It would be an understatement to say that Manny is polite and friendly. He always explains his services and actions and takes the time to answer all of my questions. He makes sure I understand his services/explanations without using technical terms that are over my head AND without talking down to me. As a woman, I greatly appreciate that!! He is always punctual and very respectful of my time and busy schedule. Manny is the absolute best and I sincerely hope he continues as my technician!”

“I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience! The customer service went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met promptly and professionally and early !!! We woke up this am with out heat!! So worrisome because the nights are in the 30-20 degrees, and I called on Friday knowing that it would be an emergency on Saturday, They showed up within hours on Friday ! And now I have heat in my home, it’s 64 degrees now!! Way better than 55 degrees that I came home today! Nick was so amazing and took the time to make sure everything with the unit in the attic and checked many times that things were running appropriately so very through, this is exactly the person and company you want to have service your home, he welcomed my fur babies, as we know when having dogs and home emergency’s it can be troublesome, Mr Disney made us all comfortable, he’s such a jewel and an asset to you company, thank you so much for my heat tonight, well sleep warm, and I’m looking forward to club membership and the continued maintenance, trust in your care ❤️ Thank you🐾🐾”

“They were great! Office tangled with insurance with us and helped us get everything set up the way we needed. Complicated repair (old house) and they still got everything figured out. They kept in communication about progress throughout the project and answered all our questions”

“This is my third time updating. Most recent on top on 12/30 I needed a service call and I had the pleasure of meeting Isiah R. The heating portion of my new Ac unit was not working properly. Isiah came early ( thankfully) and ordered me a larger coil system to put in my new unit. ( the old was working but wasn't powerful enough for my needs) From what learned there was nothing wrong with the system. There are just different size coils that each unit can take so Isiah ordered me a larger one for aux heat which assist's the heat pump. Today is 1/2/2026 and since then the new coil was installed the heat is perfect. Isiah showed me the old and new part so not only was he professional and did a great job, I also got an education out of it. Thank you very much Isiah and Thank you One Hour air. ---> The following are previous other reviews. this review was reposted so it could be put on top because I have an update -Jessie is a great technician and person. Jessie was kind very knowledgeable and worked very hard for a long time to resolve my issue. After going step by step with no short cuts we finally was able to resolve the problem. Jessie is very honest and truly wants to do right for his customers Update I needed a New Central unit ( heating and cooling) Andrew was the main person doing it. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. The unit was installed the correct way the on the first visit. They had to come back to do some extra work for me and they did comeback and did everything they promised. I was very happy with their work that I myself requested the ducts be replaced and my top ducts be cleaned because of my allergies. They gave me a fair price and I will update this with the ducts when done. Update Again. Regarding the Ducts. the bottom ducts were installed perfectly and everything went great with Andrew and his business partner. Another thing I really wanted a duct cleaning but delined it because the ducts that were going to be cleaned were put in when they built the home in the cealing. Andrew was honest and warned me that they were made out of flex and the equipment to clean it might tear it. I did not want to risk bringing down the cealing. Do Even though I would of loved the cleaning I really appreciates Andrews honesty. thank you!”

“Miguel was pleasant and focused when replacing a part in our furnace. Our furnace quit running Christmas evening. Corey came out next morning and was able to bypass and have the furnace run until the part came in. Miguel also checked the system after installing new part. Both technicians were pleasant and knowledgeable. When our old furnace quit years ago, Mitchells was the only company to return our phone call out of 4 companies we called in the winter. Since they were courteous and showed concern, we had them replace furnace and AC. Good decision their service is outstanding! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”
