“Our tech Brandon went above and beyond on the services provided today. It was supposed to be routine maintenance and it turned out to be another broken part that needed to be replaced. We seem to have bought a tremendous lemon when it comes to HVAC systems because every time they have to come out, something needs to be replaced. As we are eliminating problems each time, it seems there is some sort of surge problem between the rest of the house setup and our solar system which keeps drying parts on our A/C. This latest recommendation and replacement should help alleviate any future problems and Brandon was able to get it replaced and installed very quickly and confidently. He’s a great tech for the company and is very understanding of people and what they need. Thanks Brandon and very good job!”

“One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning has been our trusted HVAC provider for over 15 years. All their technicians are amazing. None more so the Jonah, he’s been the tech they have assigned to us for the last several years. He’s great with our quirky dogs. He explains everything to us in detail and is always happy to answer any questions. I like that it’s the same technician that comes out. You begin to feel more comfortable and it’s nice seeing them for regular maintenance calls in spring/fall. Between Jonah and his supervisor Chad I will use no other company. I called One Hour heating and Air Conditioning this morning at 12:30 am. Was met with a very friendly member of staff who got me on the schedule for today. Jonah showed up before his scheduled time. Work was completed and overall we couldn’t be happier. Thank you again.”

“Had duct work cleaned today. The technicians were thorough and knowledgeable about the process. Afterwards I was shown the dirt and dust retrieved from the duct work. It was an eye opener. The technicians cleaned up after themselves. I couldn’t tell anyone had been here. I would recommend this procedure. I felt the cost was reasonable due to the size of my house.”

“I placed an emergency call when my furnace broke down on one of the coldest days of the season. Ross called me within the hour (which aligns with the name of his company) and arrived at my home around noon the same day. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem, showed me the areas of concern, and gave me a few options for resolution. I decided to proceed with a new furnace, and he was able to order and install it the same day. He worked until almost 9 PM to ensure everything was working. He followed up the week after with an in-person visit for some final adjustments. I'm glad I met Ross and will trust him going forward with all my HVAC needs!”
