From the moment Andy, the technician, arrived he went straight to work. He was professional, knowledgeable and competent. He did a thorough check up of our system and gave advice on what we can do to run more efficiently. If you are in need of service or a new unit, call One Hour Heating and Cooling, you will be glad you did. They are the only company I will be using now.
Our blower motor stopped working in our furnace so a/c, called another company and got a high quote because our hot water tank was too close to remove furnace motor, called one hour heating and a/c, Alex came out and half the price later doggies aren’t panting ( also he didn’t have to move hot water tank) Ty One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning

1) When our air conditioner failed after hours, we actually reached a real person who scheduled our repairs for the next day. 2) Greg Nieves was the expert who arrived, and we were immediately impressed with his reliability, knowledge, and efficiency. He knew what he was doing, quickly gained our trust, and guided us to the best option. When one finds integrity and pride in a job well done, it is important to acknowledge that.
