I finally decided it was time for a new a/c and furnace. James (One Hour's service technician) was a great help in explaining the purchasing process that was involved. Kudos to the installation team (Kevin, Bobby, Dominic, Jesus, Gustavo) who did an outstanding job! The complete installation took approximately 4 hours including a thorough cleanup.
