“Called them at 6:00 and they were here by 7:30. In addition the tech who came out Devon, has one heck of a resume in the HAVC business. His education is non-paralleled. Devon fixed my problem and went over and above to make sure the whole unit air handler and compressor were working perfectly before he left. On top of that, he's a really nice guy! Their prices are ridiculously fair and the work is extremely clean and neat. I'm glad I tripped over them! They are my go-to from now on!”

He identified an issue with our unit that was costing us a ton of money each month and fixed it. Apparently, our heat pump had never been programmed to work which was installed by another company.”

“Update: Corey and Ehren(sorry if spelled wrong) were awesome. They were professional, personable, and courteous. The work was done correctly and my AC is working as if it was newly installed. Please use One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. You will not regret it. Great customer service, great transparency! I had Jordan come out to look at my A/C. Got the problem(hopefully) figured out and a repair cost that was shocking low for what it needs. They are clearly the best in AZ. I will recommend to everyone.”
