"I couldn't be happier with the responsiveness and service. Heat went out early yesterday on one of the coldest days of the year. One Hour said they could have someone out the same day. Although they missed the quoted timeline by a few hours, the office communicated with me and the Tech called when on his way to assure me they were still coming. Techs were very professional and respectful of property and were able to resolve the issue while on site. At wrap up I was surprised to be told there would be no fee for the visit per their promise.. "We'll be on time or you won't pay a dime!" which they honor. They will now have a loyal customer for life."

"Then after Matthew Stroud’s initial visit: 5 stars to Jimmy and Greg came out to promptly and efficiently do the repair/installation of New Coil and Duct work. Extremely Please with their Professionalism Matthew Stroud is a Fantastic Representative of One Hour AC & Heating! Was very thorough in checking everything then giving a Very comprehensive diagnosis while explaining all the possible repair options. I would always want him as my Tech!"
