“It’s such a great when a business stands behind there work and one hour air epitomizes this last week while they were out repairing a family, there was an incident that caused our compressor to explode. We were worried we would have to come out of pocket for it and do the fact it was on my dad‘s house and him being a 82 year-old disabled vet with stage three pancreatic cancer money is tight to say the least one hour air showed up with a brand new compressor but also installed a new motor and filled it up all completely free of charge then after all that had taken place, which took almost 8 hours to complete the vacuum and to refill the unit need gentleman that fixed our unit refused to leave till he had double checked everything and made sure that the unit was functioning properly to say I’m impressed as an understatement i’m very appreciative and needless to say one hour has a customer for life if you’re looking for Air conditioning repairs or insulation I can’t refer anyone any better than them. 1. Very responsive: I called One hour, they returned my call quickly and serviced my furnace same day. It made a huge difference for us (furnace was not working and it was cold).
2. Extensive knowledge: The tech was able to diagnose our issue quickly and resolve the issue in short order. The issue was a bad thermostat causing a short that was blowing the fuse in the furnace; the fix was fast once diagnosed.
3. Great rates: Compared to some competitors, charged a very fair rate.

“One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating were great! They are true to their name. I made an appt online at 11 pm after coming home from a trip and realizing my AC was out. They called me promptly at 7:30 am arrived at 8 am then drove quite a ways to get the right condenser motor and had it completely fixed and running by noon. Their service technician, Ozzy, was very knowledgeable, patient and had a nice demeanor. Really helps when you’re stressed over the fix and the cost. I also had them install a Nest thermostat so when I’m away again I can ensure my HVAC is running by checking my phone. What a relief to have had it fixed so quickly after spending a night in a house that hit 100 degrees. Can’t say enough about their promptness and service!”

“The scheduling and communication involved with our first service was flawless. We recieved a text before the service appt. with the technician's picture. Justin arrived shortly thereafter to address the pilot light not lighting on our 34 y/o furnace. He was very pleasant and professional. After Justin's attempts at resolving the issue, his evaluation of the issues involved and taking into consideration the age of the system, it was obvious we needed a new furnace. Justin guided us through the process of getting a quote, completed the paperwork and scheduled the installation for the next day. Justin took care of everything for us and waved the service call.
