Was able to quickly diagnose the problem but unfortunately the parts to needed for the repair had to be ordered. Hopefully they will arrive soon and get our hvac system working soon. Part was shipped and received. Installed successfully and our HVAC is working like new. Very professional service. Satisfied customer!

Fabrizio was very thoughtful and respectful to us. He introduced himself and informed us of the game plan on figuring out the issues. He gave all possible options and their cost. He assured us that we were in charge on how much we wanted to spend. He also pointed out that it may be cheaper to do an unit replacement. Lucky for us that he was able to determine that it was a leak. But he did not have the proper equipment. He got on the phone immediately to get another technician ASAP.

The technician was excellent. The install took much longer than expected. Whoever coordinated the delivery of the equipment to my home sent the wrong furnace and the delivery driver had to go back and retrieve the correct unit, which took a considerable amount of time. I can not hold that against the installer. He arrived within the agreed time frame, however including the cleanup and removal the install took until 11:45 PM, 13 hours.

Our technician Abdul Shaiq did AMAZING! He helped us fix our broken AC unit and he found the filter hadn’t been cleaned in 5 years (even though I get annual checkups for my house, not sure how they missed that, I’m very upset actually due to the biochemical growth and how it affected our kids coughing and respiratory issues) so the 5 stars is mainly for Abdul and I need to figure out next steps with One Hour and see if they’ll make this right!
