Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. Today the install team arrived at 10 AM and where done installing it by 5:30. They made sure we were comfortable in the process. They did a wonderful job and where professional installers. After they finish they made sure it worked perfectly and helped me setup the thermostat. I would highly recommend this company.

The technician was excellent. The install took much longer than expected. Whoever coordinated the delivery of the equipment to my home sent the wrong furnace and the delivery driver had to go back and retrieve the correct unit, which took a considerable amount of time. I can not hold that against the installer. He arrived within the agreed time frame, however including the cleanup and removal the install took until 11:45 PM, 13 hours.
