Jacobi did a great job. He found a shorted wire that I would have never found. Spent extra time to run diagnostics after the repair to make sure everything was working properly. And he was patient to explain everything to me.

Jacobi was great! He showed up on time, was very polite and professional. He explained in detail what his recommendations were to avoid issues in the future and what the consequences could be if we waited. No pressure whatsoever which made it easy for us to decide to take care of the issue before it becomes a problem.
