“I called this company and it's true, the technician Justin was here in like 20 minutes. Justin the technician was absolutely great. He is friendly, professional and has excellent customer service. He answered all our questions, and is very articulate and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fix our central air-conditioning unit quickly and efficiently. It had built up gunk in the water reservoir and also some of the pipes where the water should be flowing, he cleaned out everything and suggested a filter to help prevent this from happening again. We bought one from him. ( at a very reasonable price). I will be using this company from now on. I highly recommend them. The customer service lady was also very friendly and helpful. Best prices and Excellent service overall...

“This is the first time I've left a review for anything. The only reason I'm doing it now is because I feel like it's worth it. I'm in Robeson county in north carolina. I started having problems with my 13 year old ac unit about a year ago. I reached out to Simmions one hour heating and air and have been very satisfied. I spoke with Courtney on the phone she handled my scheduling and kept me informed of any changes that would happen. Ryan was my technician. He did the job in a timely manner and was very informative cause trust me I had plenty of questions. That is what lead me to speaking with Daniel about a quote for a new unit. He was very professional and sold me on the decision of a new unit without being pushy and forced into having to make a decision right a way.I can't speak on the other employee's of this company or other people's experiences, but I can say it's because of these three employee's I will be staying with Simmons one hour heating and air for all my future ac needs.”

“Last morning, I noticed that my HVAC system wasn’t working properly and requested a diagnostic service. Robert came to my house the same afternoon to inspect it. He carefully checked the HVAC system and showed me that it was working well. He also gave me detailed explanations on how to maintain it in the future. When I asked about the odor coming from the HVAC, he explained the possible causes and provided information about installing an air purifier and a humidifier.
The diagnostic fee was the most reasonable in the area, and I decided that I will continue to have Robert take care of my HVAC maintenance from now on.”

One Hour located the repair part which was in short supply in a very short period of time and at a fair price, and kept us advised as the status of shipment.
