“Robert was an absolute champion! My partner and I tried to replace my Mom’s thermostat because she wanted to be able to control it with her phone. When we tried to do it ourselves, despite our experience, we weren’t able to get it to work. Robert was quick to respond to our outreach request, and was able to assess the situation via pictures that we shared. When he came out, he was able to identify several wiring mistakes and solved several problems that had been missed by home inspectors. Now the wiring is fixed and my Mom has exactly the system and setup she was dreaming of. Aside from going above and beyond with fixing the janky wiring, he was an absolute delight of a person.
