“Chris did a great job trouble shooting my old furnace. My furnace was in great shape for how old it was but it just wouldn't stay on to heat. With no led lights on the unit to give an idea of a possible problem, old-school intuition and persistence found the problem. Ended up finding out one of the hoses was clogged. After dealing with multiple technicians and frustrations and nearly being overcharged for a service to fix my brand-new AC unit, Michael Sergent the director of sales and Jessie Lindsey restored my trust. “Corvin at HQ was extremely helpful and considerate when listening to what I needed and scheduling an appointment. He really made me feel confident that I could get an honest and experienced technician to help me with my problem which was quite complicated. The tech came on schedule. His name was C.C. he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, he took his time carefully diagnosing my issue and was really easy going.
