Kudos to Nick, who not only found my coolant leak but also discovered that my system is running very high pressures, most likely due to my ducts possibly being too small for the newer, larger unit. That may be why, at least in part, my previous unit failed. He's setting up solutions for both problems. That took terrific attention to detail and great detective work! Nick is a great representative of One Hour Air and is welcome back as my tech anytime I have a problem. Super work Nick, thank you!

I had an issue with AC, the whole process of having These guys come out was fantastic. I called they showed up in a prompt time. They communicated very well. Nick came by and was one of the best service providers I’ve ever had on my house. Five stars won’t be asking for anybody else.

Nick was a LIFE SAVER. He came out around 11pm on a Thursday night when our AC stopped working and was incredibly prompt, professional, and kind. He took the time to explain what was going on so we actually understood the issue, which I really appreciated. He was back the next morning at 9am and had everything fixed quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find someone this responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We’re very grateful and will absolutely call him again for any future AC needs. 10/10 grateful for this man.

This was my first time using this company to service my AC. I got Nick as a service technician. He seemed very squared away and knowledgeable. He immediately knew what the problem was just from the information I provided him. Definitely someone I’d want providing service to my home again.
