“Living in Florida our A/C is a necessity, When we have an issue we like promptness, told and guided correctly to what needs done or placed with HONESTY & KNOWLEDGE, without looking at how he the technician is going to make out on the deal. When he was asked a question he wasn’t hesitant on the answer. He Explains well on what he’s doing/done with the possibilities. “First and foremost, I must commend our technician, Ronnie. He was on time, communicated with me about his arrival time, and clearly was very knowledgeable and efficient. So why not 5 stars? When my unit stopped working, I first suspected a bad capacitor, as this had happened once in the past. I checked the local stores, the capacitor would have been about $35, and replacing it is a 10 minute job. Unfortunately, none of the local stores had the size I needed. It was 90 degrees outside and we didn't want to wait for an online purchase to arrive, so I called One Hour. Ronnie confirmed that the capacitor, but I was more than a little shocked that it cost $354 installed. Further testing revealed that I had a leak in my evaporation coil and it needed to be replaced. Long story short, after $4,000, the A/C is working great and we are happy, but considering the cost of the capacitor replacement, I question how much more I overpaid for the refrigerant (R410A). I paid $1,060 for 8 pounds.”

“Austan was outstanding. Answered all of our questions thoroughly AND showed us a number of features about our unit and explained why it was doing what it did. We love good information! While he was here, he brought up the importance of a surge protector, why we needed one, and how it works. That was a great tip, so we got one, and he had it installed in no time flat! Great tech, really nice guy, great service call!”
