The appointment was the very next day, and then after my technician, Roger Jones, thoroughly inspected my entire HVAC system he clearly illustrated my needs and the available upgrades such as efficiency and optional functions. After selecting my choices for the project, the contract was signed and my install was scheduled for the very next day again.
