You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. “Last week, I scheduled an annual ‘pre-winter’ system maintenance & cleaning for my 75 year old father. Mitchell’s technician was prompt & courteous. The pricing was fair. Fast forward a few days and we began smelling gas. I immediately called Mitchell’s & within an hour, another technician was at our door. Brian, the 2nd technician quickly found & fixed the leak. Apparently the first tech had not quite tightened a connection somewhere & there was a small leak. I understand that sometimes small mishaps occur. I am grateful & appreciate the fast response, courtesy & professionalism of these young men. Of course, there was no charge for this followup visit. We will most definitely use Mitchell’s services going forward. Side note, please install a CO2 and Natural Gas detector in your homes, especially if you have an elderly parent. My father ran his own body shop for 50 years & his sense of smell is shot! Had his brother & niece not stopped by, we may not have known until much later! Be safe everyone!”
