"I can't say enough good things about this company. They have consistently provided us with excellent service by friendly, knowledgeable technicians. The technicians stick with the job until it is resolved, and return quickly if parts are ordered. We recently received a brand new unit as ours was still under warranty. We have also benefited from the optional service plan they offer. We used them clean out all of our air ducts as we had an older home. They brought an entire team, protected everything and did it all in a day. I also use them at my business and gladly recommend them to any needing service"

"The condenser for our air conditioning unit for a rental unit went out this week, making it very uncomfortable for our tenant who is being treated for cancer. The HVAC system had been installed by Siegert One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning almost 10 years ago, but was still under warranty. They not only came right away and made the exhange the same day. The techs were kind, polite and efficient. Thank you for your compassion."
