So happy I called Siegert! They recently replaced our old traditional HVAC unit with a new heat pump unit. We had been told by our previous AC servicing company that the ducts and balancing were the issue with the uneven cooling in our house and there was nothing they could do. This year they said our system was actively dying and need to be replaced and quoted me a very high number. The only conversation was about financing. I decided to do some research and get a second opinion and found Siegert. They happily assisted me over the phone, providing information, several different estimates, and gave me a through rundown of my current system's condition and options. Their designer, Morteza, asked lots of questions, answered way more questions, and went over all the options with me. I explained the uneven cooling issues we had and he assured me that going with the heat pump would mostly likely solve the issue and that he had a backup idea if it wasn't fully addressed from the start. He was right!!! This new system solved the issue day one and we no longer need the smaller room unit in addition to our whole house unit. Every room is more comfortable and it's so much quieter!!! He was here as well as a team of installers. They all did such a great job installing, removing my old unit, keeping and leaving everything clean, and everyone was SO polite! They even worked with me adding an extra long condensation drain line when I expressed concern about the moisture near the foundation and went the extra mile to protect the line which now runs across a walkway. It's been 10 days and everything has been perfect!

Our tech was awesome. He fixed it unit quickly and it was a reasonable price. I think I'll stick with them in the future. I called them because they treated my single daughter very fairly. All the other companies tried to take advantage of her as a single female but siegert was honest.
