Corey was our technician for a condenser coil capacitor replacement. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained the problem and solution. He was very patient in answering all of our questions and took the time to ensure we understood the repair process. He also performed a thorough cleaning of the condenser coil. His professionalism, knowledge, and excellent customer service were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!
Marquis Smith was nice and pleasant to deal with. He checked things out and immediately found the problem and fixed it. Also happy that they carried the parts in the truck and did not have to wait for the part. Also came out almost in couple hours (Emergency Call) considering they were really busy with calls since it hit 90+ degrees. I would definitely do business with them.
