Happy customer indeed. Charlene showed up and pinpointed that the Capacitor of the AC was bad. She changed it and made the house so comfortable. They are the only company that was available the same day. I am very very pleased and happy that I called them. Charlene was so kind and calm sharing me the plan they have to offer. The total was $378 and offered me the plan the silver for $16 a month and they will come to my house twice a year. I signed up for the silver plan or I Would’ve paid $478 if no plan. Corey was our technician for a condenser coil capacitor replacement. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained the problem and solution. He was very patient in answering all of our questions and took the time to ensure we understood the repair process. He also performed a thorough cleaning of the condenser coil. His professionalism, knowledge, and excellent customer service were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!
