1). Married my wife Judy in 1979, my inspiration each day, her can do attitude, battling
MS for 30+ years.
2). Our first born Kyle being trained to uphold the standards that our clients have come
to expect. Also very proud of our second child, daughter Kelly that works for the
Delaware County Sheriff’s Department.
3). Our five grandchildren: Grace, Faith, Alina, Hunter, and Colton, ages 3 to 12. Judy
and I love being grandparents.
4). I have lived in Westerville since 1961.
5). Some of my favorite things are: My second car I ever owned, a metallic candy apple
red 1974 ‘Cuda. I like strawberry pie, steak and bacon. Hobbies and pastimes: art
and photography, motorcycles, cars, and any time spent creating. Sports: snow
skiing, Ohio State football, auto racing, bicycling. Inspiring: Spring and Fall, sunrise
and sunset, the Grand Canyon.
6). Most proud of: Family. Being part of a company that stands for integrity and doing
the right thing. Win, Win, Win for all involved: clients, employees and company.
7). Inspiring: Seeing a person accomplish something way beyond what they thought
was possible.
8). Biggest challenge: Stress
9). My valuable tips and my simple rules:
A). Patience and trust.
B). If you think you can do something or you think you can’t do something, you will
be right. You control your mind and your thoughts. Attitude and belief.
C). Look for all parties to benefit: win-win, not a win-lose or lose-lose.
D). Remember, if you keep taking from the universe, the universe will keep taking
from you. If you give to the universe, the universe will give back to you.
E). Seek first to understand. Then, and only then, to be understood.
F). When making decisions and taking action, ask the questions:
1). On a ship, will this action blow a hole above the water line or below the water
line? Below, do not do it.
2). Does taking this action work going forward and/or backward?
10). Training: Heat Exchanger Experts. State of Ohio Licenses: HVAC, Plumbing,
Hydronic, and Refrigeration. Success Academy. EPA... and many others. Started in
1980.

1). I met my significant other Allie in 2015. Together it is our joy of raising our blended
family of 2 boys, Hunter born in 2009, and Colton in 2016.
2). We also have 2 dogs, Louise born in 2017, and our newest Kenobi in 2019.
3). I grew up in Westerville and now have a home in Marysville.
4). Some of my favorite things are: Steak and hot apple pie, Corvettes, the color green,
summer and fall. And a wonderful vacation in 2014 to Australia.
5). Hobbies and Past Times: Hiking, woodworking, photography, spending time
with the family and The Ohio State Buckeyes football.
6). Most Proud of: Obtaining my private pilots license at 17 years old and being a part
of carrying on my father’s legacy with the business.
7). Inspiration: My family and seeing The Great Barrier Reef.
8). Biggest Challenge: Balancing work and life.
9). Most valuable tip: Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about.
