They are the only company that was available the same day. I am very very pleased and happy that I called them. Charlene was so kind and calm sharing me the plan they have to offer. The total was $378 and offered me the plan the silver for $16 a month and they will come to my house twice a year. I signed up for the silver plan or I Would’ve paid $478 if no plan. Thank you one hour for coming to my house.”

“MARQUIS is one of the best technicians we have had in 20+ years of home ownership. He not only diagnosed issues, He and Cullin's tried in multiple ways to keep our furnace and A/C functioning as long as possible (15+ year old units) and when their work was unsuccessful they beat the prices of their competitors by several thousand dollars...AND put the money we paid in repairs over the last year on our old units toward the purchase price of the new. Also check the clean install DYLAN, ETHAN and JP did all in 8 hours for A/C and Furnace. All floors protected, all areas left clean, old units disposed of for no extra charge! Great experience all around! We've had Cullin's service our home for over a decade. I am not usually prone to joining "clubs" for home maintenance needs, but their "comfort club" has been amazing. They are always quick and on time. Not a lot of techs like Marquis and definitely not a lot of businesses as reliable and customer centered like Cullin's. I can not recommend highly enough.”

“Corey was our technician for a condenser coil capacitor replacement. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained the problem and solution. He was very patient in answering all of our questions and took the time to ensure we understood the repair process. He also performed a thorough cleaning of the condenser coil. “Marquis Smith was nice and pleasant to deal with. He checked things out and immediately found the problem and fixed it. Also happy that they carried the parts in the truck and did not have to wait for the part. Also came out almost in couple hours (Emergency Call) considering they were really busy with calls since it hit 90+ degrees. I would definitely do business with them.”
