    • I was extremely satisfied with the sales and installation process. However, my rating is based on what happened a year later when I encountered a costly problem and the furnace was out of warranty. They took responsibility for a minor issue that led to the repair and took care of it without charge. They did not need to do that but it won me over. I know know why everyone I consulted prior to making the purchase told me to go to Cullins!

    • Great experience with Kyle and entire team at Cullings. We had a mini split unit upstairs in our cape cod that went out. The tech came promptly and diagnosed the issue. We ended up need a new unit. Kyle was thorough and no pressure sales. He was able to give us multiple options for our new unit. Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase. It's now obvious our old unit was way too small. We had to supplement a second room with a space heated in the past, we now have a fully heated upstairs with the mini split only. Installation was thorough and staff stayed late during an all day rain storm to get the unit installed. Not a drop of mud or dirt in the house after they left. Would highly recommend.

    • Our first experience with Cullins was great! Rob was determined to get our cooling system back on line on one of the hottest days of the year. A storm brewed up in the middle of his service and he just moved into our garage to keep working (the garage was hotter than outside). Our unit did not cooperate and he needed to go back to the shop to get another part. He got us back up and running the same day. Rob could not have been more pleasant and was very informative about our problem and the steps he was taking to fix it. We are happy customers and will be taking future work to Cullins. We highly recommend! Follow up review: After a successful repair project with Cullins we took our own advice from the above review and decided to have them replace our 20 year old system with a new Amana HVAC system. Kyle and the whole team were great throughout the whole project. We were very well informed of all the options and the process, and were educated well enough to make a confident decision about our new system. The install team was extremely professional and CLEAN. The yard was very muddy both days during our installation and with as much in and out of doors that was necessary, there was not a trace of mud or anything else in the house during or after the installation. We had a good amount of ductwork that needed to be modified. The finished product was excellent. We are enjoying the comfort of our new system. Just take my word and call Cullins for repairs, replacements and regular service. You will not be disappointed.

    • Cullins One Hour has great customer service and takes the time to make sure their customers make informed decisions. I briefly switched to another company for annual maintenance and they said I need a very expensive new part for my 10 year old furnace, and then tried to sell me a new one. I got a second opinion from Cullins, and not only did they come after normal business hours, they said I did not need to replace the part after all. They thoroughly explained what they were doing and why, and ensured my complete understanding. I highly recommend them.

    • Absolutely five stars from the time I made telephone call (spoke to Bob) until the appointed time I requested (06/08/2018) and met with Mike I was pleased with the service I received. Both Bob and Mike were polite, professional yet friendly. Mike diagnosed our situation and quickly went to work on it to get our air conditioning unit working again. My husband and I are truly grateful to our neighbor who referred us and to Mike. We were treated with great respect and consideration and given a fair price for our issue and the service and knowledge provided by Mike was excellent. We are truly grateful and look forward to years of having you service our heating and air conditioning needs. Other business should follow your blue-print on how to give quality customer service.
