Hoffman Brothers wanted $12,777 for a new furnace and ac. Guy off Craigslist discovered a burned disconnected wire and wanted $350 to reconnect it to the condenser. (After charging me $70 for coming out) And the Craigslist guy swapped all the wires, took everything apart, then left it exposed to rain for 2 days. Dunn Plumbing Heating and Air came over: Reattached the burnt wire, rewired everything the old guy messed up, cleaned the outdoor unit so it could breathe, and had the vitals on an app so I can see real time the performance of my unit before and after he was done. Get this, diagnostic and everything was cheaper even than the Craigslist guy. We were going to discuss more what to do if his fix didn't work, but my house started to immediately cool down. I could've given that guy a hug after spending the past 2 weeks in what felt like was hell. They're saved in my phone for future service. What they did today is enough to make me a repeat customer. So if I need a new unit in the future, it's going to them no matter how much it cost. Thanks guys. 👋

Juan Jimenez began his career with One Hour Heating and Air (previously Wendland A/C) in April 1996 as an Install Helper. Since then, Juan went through several promotions as an Installer, Lead installer, and Install Manager. Juan continued to expand his knowledge in air conditioning and began training as a Comfort Advisor. For eight years, Juan took on the role of Install Manager and Comfort Advisor. And now, for the past two years, Juan has been a full-time Comfort Advisor. Juan has continued learning and growing within the company for over two decades.

Juan has lived in the Corpus area all his life and plans to retire here. Juan enjoys listening to music and taking long rides on his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Juan has raised two sons in Portland and feels like this is a great community to live in. Juan also enjoys spending time with his family, especially his new granddaughter.
