We called Dunn HVAC late Saturday night after realizing our air conditioning was not working. We paid the emergency trip charge and asked them to come the next morning. Cory Thrasher arrived as promised, quickly assessed the situation, clearly explained what he believed needed to be done, and repaired the unit promptly. Before he left, I asked about future maintenance because my husband and I do not always keep up with those things as well as we should. Cory was very helpful, gave us a great discount, and set us up with a maintenance agreement that includes service twice a year for both our heating and air conditioning systems. We felt very relieved knowing the system will now be properly maintained, and our air conditioner is working perfectly. Cory was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. We highly recommend Cory Thrasher and Dunn HVAC!

Happy customer indeed. Charlene showed up and pinpointed that the Capacitor of the AC was bad. She changed it and made the house so comfortable. They are the only company that was available the same day. I am very very pleased and happy that I called them. Charlene was so kind and calm sharing me the plan they have to offer. The total was $378 and offered me the plan the silver for $16 a month and they will come to my house twice a year. I signed up for the silver plan or I Would’ve paid $478 if no plan. Thank you one hour for coming to my house.
Joel was very friendly and prompt to respond to let me know estimated arrival time for A/C tune up and part fix. Patrick showed up, very professional, friendly, nicely explained the issue and what he did to fix it. Was very quick to fix the issue, made sure all my questions were answered before he left, and double checked the A/C is working properly and blowing cold air with strong air flow. Highly recommend this company for any heating and A/C issues. Thank you for being available so soon to fix my issue on this 95 degree day.
Brad was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and fast. He took the time to answer some questions I had that were beyond the maintenance visit and went back to check thermostats and our multi-zone system. Top notch!

Mike Kulick came to service our HVAC system for the summer. He arrived on time, he was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of our home by wearing protective booties. My technician was great. He was no nonsense and came in and started wirking immediately. I was comfortable with his service. While he was here he also installed a smart thermostat to replace an outdated one on my second floor. He was courteous and knowledgeable. The best service tech so far.

I called over 4th of July weekend and actually got someone to answer! They didn't have anyone available until Monday. They made me an appointment for Monday between 2-6pm and the tech showed up around 2:15! He had the unit fixed and pumping out cool air in 20 minutes max! I was so happy! I will say the price was a bit more than I expected, but my AC works again and my house is back to normal so overall Im happy!
