I have nothing but praise for the gentlemen who have come to my house to assist in getting me a replacement for my mini-split, Juan Jimenez and Michael Van Tassel were extremely professional and helpful in instructing me on purchase, use and maintaining the care of my unit in the future. Install was just completed and my technicians David Parker and Bradley Taylor were extremely efficient and so considerate of my time and household . Monica in the office has also been extremely courteous and helpful in scheduling all my appointments. Overall a 5 star experience!! Cody Carpenter came out today 5/26/26 to service my central unit today, he was very friendly, thorough and helpful. I am very satisfied with all of the assistance I have been given by One Hour AC !

We came home from being out of town for a few days to a warm house and units that were running constantly. We called the AC company we had been using, they couldn’t get a technician out and were actually rude. I started looking for another AC company and came across One hour AC and after reading the reviews gave them a call. The lady who answered the phone was so nice and helpful and got us on the schedule for that day. Cody was our AC technician and he did a great job identifying the issue on our 2 condenser units and explaining in detail and with pictures what needed to be done. We were up and running quickly and decided to also purchase the maintenance agreement which Cody explained would save us money on this repair and any future repairs along with routine maintenance.
