The office was quick to answer the phone, responsive, and their pricing was fair. Charles was our technician, and he was fantastic. I explained what was going on with our AC, and he found the problem almost immediately. After fixing it, he didn’t just leave—he took the time to check everything else to make sure there weren’t any other issues. He was thorough, efficient, and had everything working again in no time. What really stood out to me was how kind and patient he was. We have a large, energetic dog and a very loud baby, and neither of those phased him at all. He was incredibly patient, never seemed irritated, and was so understanding while I was tending to my baby. He even went above and beyond by cleaning our intake vent because he noticed it was filthy. That wasn’t something I expected, but it was greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service, excellent technician, and an overall great experience. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

He quickly diagnosed our issue and coordinated directly with a comfort specialist to come immediately to meet with me to set up repair. He was also kind enough to rearrange his schedule when there was an issue entering the property. He explained the issues with the system clearly. He made a tough experience much more pleasant because of his kindness.
I have nothing but praise for the gentlemen who have come to my house to assist in getting me a replacement for my mini-split, Juan Jimenez and Michael Van Tassel were extremely professional and helpful in instructing me on purchase, use and maintaining the care of my unit in the future. Install was just completed and my technicians David Parker and Bradley Taylor were extremely efficient and so considerate of my time and household . Monica in the office has also been extremely courteous and helpful in scheduling all my appointments. Overall a 5 star experience!! Cody Carpenter came out today 5/26/26 to service my central unit today, he was very friendly, thorough and helpful. I am very satisfied with all of the assistance I have been given by One Hour AC !
We received excellent service from technician, Kevin R. He completed maintenance services and repaired our AC unit since it wasn't cooling our home.
