"I found not only my new AC expert, but also a new friend!! Amber came to look at our AC at night in the rain with the BEST attitude of anyone I’ve ever met in her field. Before she got within a few feet of my AC unit she had already identified the problem and let me know she would have it fixed asap. We talked while she worked on the unit and our casual small-talk quickly turned into a conversation between friends. When my 2 and 4 year old came out to join the fun, Amber showed them the parts of the unit and explained their functions, showed them her tools and let them learn how they work, and genuinely made them feel so special. I never thought I’d look forward to my AC needing repair, but if it means we get to see Amber again, I won’t be sad! Also - it’s been less than an hour since the repair and our home is already nice and cooled down ❄️❄️👏🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🥳"

"My AC went out on the weekend. I called One Hour Heating and Air. Bradley Whitcher showed on time and even gave me a call when he was running a few minutes behind. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He fixed the problem and now my AC is running cold! He was able to troubleshoot, diagnose and fix the problem the same day. Bradley went above and beyond what good customer service is. I’m a business owner and I always like to acknowledge good quality people when I come across them. Thank you Bradley!"
