"I found not only my new AC expert, but also a new friend!! Amber came to look at our AC at night in the rain with the BEST attitude of anyone I’ve ever met in her field. Before she got within a few feet of my AC unit she had already identified the problem and let me know she would have it fixed asap. We talked while she worked on the unit and our casual small-talk quickly turned into a conversation between friends. When my 2 and 4 year old came out to join the fun, Amber showed them the parts of the unit and explained their functions, showed them her tools and let them learn how they work, and genuinely made them feel so special. I never thought I’d look forward to my AC needing repair, but if it means we get to see Amber again, I won’t be sad! Also - it’s been less than an hour since the repair and our home is already nice and cooled down ❄️❄️👏🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🥳"

"Orlando, came on time. Was an emergent call arrived at 10:00 pm. Tried to fix air conditioner but unable to do so. Capacitor burnt out and compressor was leaking fluids. Age of unit was a factor. Installed in 2007. We’re lucky it has worked this long. Looks like a new unit is in our future. 😔"

"Elijah was professional, efficient, great personality and to make it better he called to tell me he was running early which was fabulous since I didn't have to wait around for thev4 hour window they gave which prevented my day from being totally shot. He found the problem immediately, it was a simple cut and dry solution and the price was more than reasonable. I couldn't be anymore happy with Elijah and 1 Hour Air."
