They came out THE VERY NEXT DAY to replace it. The only company that was able to come out that fast. They had all the odds stacked against them with this job too. “I have had a rough experience with One Hour Air. I must say Sachen the sales person was by my side and advocating for me consistently. Dennis the manager was of little help. After dealing with multiple technicians and frustrations and nearly being overcharged for a service to fix my brand-new AC unit, Michael Sergent the director of sales and Jessie Lindsey restored my trust. Michael made sure everything would be fixed without additional cost and Jessie was prompt, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. “This review was reposted so it could be put on top because I have an update -Jessie is a great technician and person.
Jessie was kind very knowledgeable and worked very hard for a long time to resolve my issue. After going step by step with no short cuts we finally was able to resolve the problem. Jessie is very honest and truly wants to do right for his customers
Update I needed a New Central unit ( heating and cooling) Andrew was the main person doing it. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. The unit was installed the correct way the on the first visit. They had to come back to do some extra work for me and they did comeback and did everything they promised.
I was very happy with their work that I myself requested the ducts be replaced and my top ducts be cleaned because of my allergies. They gave me a fair price and I will update this with the ducts when done.

Regarding the Ducts. the bottom ducts were installed perfectly and everything went great with Andrew and his business partner.
Another thing I really wanted a duct cleaning but delined it because the ducts that were going to be cleaned were put in when they built the home in the cealing. Andrew was honest and warned me that they were made out of flex and the equipment to clean it might tear it. I did not want to risk bringing down the cealing. Do Even though I would of loved the cleaning I really appreciates Andrews honesty. thank you!”

“Well I was a maintenance machinist for 30 years with a company that is world wide. I can appreciate a person who actually knows their trade. When Glen Arnold came to my house it was late in the evening. He was sent to check on a job that was started by another individual. Sadly that person did not have a great knowledge of all types of HVAC systems. The first technician had misdiagnosed the problem. This caused me quite a problem because my extended family came for a visit and the mini split system I had installed just 7 months ago was not working. When Glen arrived he was called upon to help install a valve that was supposed to be broken and causing the line to freeze up. Glen asked if he could check the whole system himself to see what was wrong. He quickly came to the realization that the mini split was low on freon, that was all that was required. I thanked him and asked since he was here if he could check the main system that is a whole house heat pump. Even though it was seven o'clock p.m. he said no problem. He found that system which was installed seven months ago was also low on freon. Well I certainly can say that I was very appreciative for Glen's extra efforts and made sure to give him a big tip. What is very sad for me is now I have to review the first guy that was sent and he will not receive a good review. He was a very nice guy but not very knowledgeable about all HVAC systems and therefore caused my family who visited to be in rooms that were not cooled during a very warm week. Yes it made me upset but I got over it. I can only say Glen did an amazing job and I would use him again without hesitation :-)”
