“I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing last night and they sent Cristi out this morning to determine why I had water dripping under my kitchen sink. Cristi assessed the situation and found the problem right away. He immediately gave me the fix and cost. I asked him to look at a couple other things and he again gave me the fix and cost. I asked him to complete some of my issues and will plan another visit for the remainder. He also gave me my once a year plumbing inspection that I receive as part of my membership. Cristi has been at my home before and he is very knowledgeable and he gets right to the point but is very friendly. He is kind, quiet and confident. Thanks, Cristi!”

“Jasmine was very thorough, polite, and professional with the maintenance checks of our furnace. She provided options to restore our furnace closer to its' original efficiency. She conducted a detailed evaluation of our home to determine furnace and our 10 year old air conditioning replacement options. After she completely explained all of the purchasing options she provided a quote with discounts. She answered all of my questions and gave me plenty of time to make a decision. “I had a scheduled appointment with Dean of One Hour Heating and AC. He arrived on time and went to work. He discovered the outdoor AC unit had not been wired to my house for electricity. I was fortunate that Dean was allowed to do some installation jobs such as wiring up a unit into the home's electricity. I have a very old house (120 years old) but the AC had been modernized to breakers from fuses. Unfortunately the needed breaker was not a common one. Dean went looking for it in town and found one. He got everything working and gave me a quick tutorial on my touch screen thermostat to top it all off. He was excellent and informative and easy to work with. Definitely a 10 out of 10!”
