late on a Saturday afternoon that we had a potential emergency with our thermostat / furnace/ set up so we called One hour heating and air conditioning and set up an appointment day of. David Brown, the technician, showed up promptly and he showed up in a good mood. He showed up willing to help and he was very very knowledgeable. Not only was he knowledgeable but he was ready and willing to impart some of that knowledge on my mother and I so that we could avoid these types of situations in the future. He took the time to explain the thermostat to my mother and in addition to troubleshooting the furnace and thermostat situation, making minor repairs, and explaining them all in detail to us so that we knew what we were paying for. Which brings me to the best part: He then offered the company's continuous service package at a discount as well as saving us some money on that day's emergency dispatch fee. All in all it turned out to not quite be the meltdown situation that my mom and I thought it was and the invoice reflected as such. He could have mirrored other company's methods and taken advantage of our limited knowledge of his field and spun a tale of some mythical creature cursing our HVAC system from afar and it was going to cost $10,000 to repair it and that it was going to be six months before it was even started. Nope. Not David! That day he ended up explaining the invoice to us lowly HVAC lames in detail, and turning what we could have potentially spent hundreds, or even thousands of dollars into a discounted emergency tech fee which was like 45 bucks and then offered up and continuous service package at another 29 which came in just above our previous service technicians price but with triple the benefits. We got out of there for around 75 bucks and all in all it was a very pleasant experience. Thanks David!

Cameron was knowledgeable, on time and straightforward. He quickly identified the problem and returned with the part the next day and at the time he told me he would be here. It was a pleasure to work with you. Price was a bit higher than I would’ve liked but reasonable, considering age of the system. Better than replacing it for sure.
