"Piyush, Michael, Carl, Joe, Vlad and Bill were all great. It is hard to come home from a nice vacation to find a dead a/c system, in the middle of summer. As a member of their maintenance club program, meant that they were able to respond right away. Michael sat down with me to explain my options. Repair was not possible. A new system was the only way forward and he covered all of the options I had. Joe and Vlad came out and installed the new system and it is running awesome. The difference between the old and new is pretty amazing. I am pretty sure the old system never, ever worked this well.
