If we do not show up within that window, your service call fee is waived. 1. Express Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified one-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. First time customer but I expect to be a lifetime one. My a/c went out last night (August!) and I booked online at 9am this morning. My choice was pretty random (thanks Google reviewers!) but Noah arrived just a couple hours later. He couldn't have been more professional, courteous and trustworthy. He quickly diagnosed the problem, answered all my questions, and in no way pressured me to spend more than I was willing. Just a couple hours later, I have cold air flowing. Everything went well very happy with the installment and the two guys that were robotic experts thank you you. Let me mention the two guys that done this Christian and Tarzan did a great job. These two need a raise. Complete tear out not to say anything bad about any of these guys at work but they also pulled out flowers heating and Air stuff from 13 years ago they left in my attic I would not prefer them to do any work for me again 1 hour HVAC is the people to contact.
