Our technician, Mr. Rocky Smith, came out promptly and not only fixed our unit, but walked me through step by step, and taught me measures that I can take to prevent the issue in the future. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in repair and maintenance. We have a toddler at home, so having a consistent A/C unit is crucial. “Thermostat popped up with a “PIN NUMBER” to activate before the system would even begin to work. I was NEVER given a PIN# for anything! Never happened before, so they sent a tech out the next day to fix it, even though they offered to send someone out that same night (8-9)pm! NOT a bit necessary, but was very nice to offer!!! It was fixed and PIN# was cleared up the very next day with no problems or completely NO CHARGE to me whatsoever, since I’m still under the contract warranty. My purchase was only 1 1/2 years ago. Therefore I was VERY impressed and VERY HAPPY to see how awesome they were at trying to fix this little issue so promptly for me! I have absolutely been so impressed with EVERY ASPECT of this company from purchase to repair! I will always recommend this ONE HOUR A/C & HEAT CO. TO EVERYONE!! Excellent service from everything you can imagine, including their Customer Service, which is so awesome. I will NEVER have any other HVAC Co to help me. I’m a FOREVER Customer!!😊”

“Terry came out to determine why the A/C was not working at 8pm on a Wednesday night. He determined that we had a recurring problem with the compressor. After researching our previous issue, the company decided to extend the warranty and actually replaced our outside unit with another system entirely. The work was done very professionally and all landscaping back to normal! We are very happy with the results! We did pay for the original service call, but the system warranty being extended was well worth the price!”
