“Rocky was terrific… could not have asked for more from a service technician. Took the necessary time to understand the “big picture” history of the HVAC system he was there to troubleshoot BEFORE he began his diagnosis efforts so as to dramatically increase his chances of getting the correct diagnosis (and parts list) the first time. Rocky was able to apply a safe and sufficient temporary solution for today and schedule a followup in 10 days to allow for part availability/reciept to be processed and to allow outside temperatures to increase to support the require outside compressor checks…”

“Thermostat popped up with a “PIN NUMBER” to activate before the system would even begin to work. I was NEVER given a PIN# for anything! Never happened before, so they sent a tech out the next day to fix it, even though they offered to send someone out that same night (8-9)pm! NOT a bit necessary, but was very nice to offer!!! It was fixed and PIN# was cleared up the very next day with no problems or completely NO CHARGE to me whatsoever, since I’m still under the contract warranty. My purchase was only 1 1/2 years ago. Therefore I was VERY impressed and VERY HAPPY to see how awesome they were at trying to fix this little issue so promptly for me! I have absolutely been so impressed with EVERY ASPECT of this company from purchase to repair! I will always recommend this ONE HOUR A/C & HEAT CO. TO EVERYONE!! Excellent service from everything you can imagine, including their Customer Service, which is so awesome. I will NEVER have any other HVAC Co to help me. I’m a FOREVER Customer!!😊”
