“I wanted to provide an update regarding my recent service experience. Wednesday my experience with the technician was not favorable. The following morning, I received a call from Leslie in Management. She sincerely apologized for my experience and asked for an opportunity to make things right. I appreciated her professionalism and willingness to listen to my concerns. She arranged for Mike Bell to come to my home. Mike has serviced my system before, and the difference in the experience was remarkable. He immediately took the time to educate me on the importance of maintaining clean air filters and explained how my HVAC system operates in a way that was easy to understand. Rather than simply telling me what needed to be done, he walked me through the process step by step, answered my questions, and ensured I understood his findings. Mike did confirm that the system required refrigerant and also identified an additional issue that needed attention. While the diagnosis ultimately included repairs, it was his professionalism, patience, and ability to communicate clearly that restored my confidence. He turned what began as a very frustrating experience into one where I felt informed, respected, and valued as a customer. Ultimately, I know something on the unit will likely need to be repaired. However, when someone takes the time to educate you and make sure you truly understand the issue, it goes a long way. I’m still out the money, but the experience and peace of mind were worth it. I want to thank Leslie for taking ownership of my concerns and giving the company the opportunity to correct the situation. I also want to recognize Mike Bell for providing exceptional customer service. Employees like Mike make a significant difference in the customer experience and represent your company well. Update: On August 3, 2026, Eduardo Gonzalez was assigned to install the new air-conditioning coils in my unit. Eduardo and his team member arrived promptly and were professional, courteous, and thorough throughout the installation. During the installation, there seemed to be some uncertainty regarding the correct amount of refrigerant needed for my unit after the new coils were installed. Because of the previous issues I had experienced with my system, I decided to wait before writing my review. I wanted Michael Bell to return and inspect the unit to ensure everything was operating properly. On August 14, 2026, Michael returned, thoroughly examined the system, and confirmed that everything was working as expected. I appreciated the follow-up and the additional peace of mind. My only remaining concern is that I never received the warranty documentation for the newly installed coils. As a result, I still do not have the manufacturer, model and serial number, warranty coverage, or other identifying information for the coils that were installed in my home. Considering this was a major replacement, I believe that documentation should have been provided to me for my records and any future warranty needs. Overall, I appreciate Eduardo and his team for completing the installation and Michael Bell for returning to make sure the system was functioning properly. Once I receive the warranty and coil information, I will feel that the service process has been fully completed.”
