“On Friday morning at 1am my heat went out on my furnace. I tried for a couple hours to get the heat to kick back on and it wouldn't. Especially with the frost freeze warning my house thankfully stayed in the upper 60's I called just to get an AI operator not to pleased with that. So my mother called and finalled asked for a real person to talk to. They called and set up an emergency call for Friday afternoon. Thankfully my next door neighbor was home off because he's a police officer. Tom Smith came out and did a tempory fix until he could get the part needed to make the heat work in our house. This morning he came out fixed our heat and was absolutely wonderful to work with and talk to. Me and my mom would personally like to thank Tom for helping us out. He's someone I'd highly recommend to anyone and because of him my mom joined to club. Believe me this company is worth it and so is Tom. Thank you once again I now I have warmth in my house.”

“I haven’t had my installation done yet, so I’ll be back with an update once it’s completed. However, my experiences with Luke, Devin, and Kevin were nothing less than top tier professionalism. They were all so kind, personable, helpful, and informative. I also spoke to Luke’s wife who also works there. Forgive me for not remembering her name, but she too was very kind, helpful, and professional. All of them really worked with me to find the best solution to my HVAC issues in as low of a cost as possible. I really appreciate how they showed that they care about their clients. I was also informed that One Hour Heating and Cooling really cares about their employees which makes them love the work that they do. They treat each other like family. When they employees love what they do, they take pride in their work. That is very rare in companies nowadays. Other companies could learn a thing or two from One Hour Heating and Cooling. 🙂
Update: Hello. I’m back with an update. It’s been a week since my HVAC installation. My technicians were Gabe and Bryan. They were awesome! My house finally feels comfortable after going years without an efficient HVAC system. Now I can sit in my house without feeling miserable. To top it off, Gabe was very helpful to me with setting up my new digital thermostat. He had the brightest smile too. The fact that he and Bryan were at my house, all day, working hard, his willingness to help me while maintaining a smile on his face was very impressive.
P.S., on the day that Luke, Devin, and Kevin came, I didn’t realize it until after I made my original post, but one of those men moved my trash bin back to my backyard after the truck came for trash day. Idk which one did it but that was very sweet of them. Thank you so much, guys. I hope yall read this. You all are amazing. 😊”

“James is just a wealth of knowledge on anything HVAC. We scheduled a routine furnace maintenance. He went over and above by performing a test to show us if our Furnace and Central Air was efficient for our home. He went over all of his findings and made recommendations that would be helpful to make our Furnace work more effectively for us. We were going to make an appointment to have this work completed, but he was able to do the work right away.
