“My experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning (owned by Cody Ferrel) was excellent. Cody was personally involved in the project that became a bit complicated, as he and the tech (Josh - who is excellent) suspected that there may be some arcing going on at the panel site. Once we determined where the electric issue was stemming from (capacitor), Cody and Josh proceeded with a thorough repair. Cody also went above and beyond to (a) secure the part needed and (b) work out pricing as the part which should have a 10+ year lifespan was under warranty. Overall, great experience and I highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Great job Cody and Josh!!”

“Always struggled with finding a good company and good technician with AC. Not anymore. Cody was very helpful during the initial intake and appt setup. Josh was amazing. My air conditioner was having major issues, and I was worried it would cost a fortune to fix.
